REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the front console box assembly INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT CONSOLE BOX: REMOVAL (2008 Sequoia) .

2. DISCONNECT TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

(a) Move the shift lever to N.

(b) Disconnect the transmission control cable end from the shift lever.

(c) Remove the clip and disconnect the transmission control cable from the shift lever retainer.

3. REMOVE TRANSMISSION FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the clamp and 2 connectors.

(b) Remove the 4 bolts and transmission floor shift assembly.
